ACTIVE OFF-SEASON TRAINING
The REAL season begins with OFF-SEASON. TIME to improve Strength, Power, and Running technique. We will offer a 6 week training period in which we will provide supervised training or your child three times per week as well as a weekly training schedule. The athlete will be responsible for independent training days.
The athlete will be responsible for training on other days on their own.
December 11th and end January 30th
TRAINING DAYS
● Group Training (Sunday, Tuesday, Saturday)
● Self-training Days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)
● Rest days (Monday)
TIMES
● Sunday 3:00-4:30 pm
● Tuesday 5:00-6:30 pm
● Saturday 11:00-1:00 pm
